Refund policy

We hope that you love all of your purchases from Nations Boutique.

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for a refund minus the shipping cost for the label, if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at any discount above 15% are FINAL SALE. Accessories and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. 

The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of your receiving date. Items must be in perfect condition with tags still attached to be accepted for return.

Shipping your return: 

Please email returns@nationsboutique.com with your name, order number, and item(s) you are wanting to return. You will then be sent a shipping label. A shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Please package your item(s) properly. We strongly suggest keeping the tracking number for proof of delivery and your records. Nations Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit. 

Once your item is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

In-store Returns: 

We gladly offer store credit or an exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Clothing must be unworn with tags still attached. All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale.
